User Instructions Doctor Panel
- Go to mydrworld.com website or App
- Click on the "For Doctor/Clinic/Hospital to Enroll" button located in the top right corner.
- Select the respective panel for registration.
- Fill out the form with necessary details about the Doctors.
- Read and agree to the terms and conditions.
- Click the "Create an Account" button.
- Our MyDrWorld team will review your request and approve it from the backend.
- You will receive an SMS/ email notification once your request is approved.
- Doctors can edit their profile and other details at any time.
- Log in to the respective panel on Mydrworld.
- Access appointments either through the latest appointments on the panel's homepage or by clicking on "Total Appointments" in the header menu.
- You can see list of appointments with patients name and other details
- You can cancel, confirm, reschedule, and complete any patient appointment by clicking the action menu in the right column of each patient in the appointment list.
- Once you have done this action a corresponding message will sent to that particular patient, call Centre.
- All above steps can be done by your clinic manager or your department manager.
- Log in to the Doctors panel on Mydrworld.
- You will see the latest appointments on the panel's homepage. You can see different Appointments of Total, Pending, Confirmed, Completed, and Cancelled. You can also see details of each appointment such as name, appointment date, time and status of the appointment.
- Additionally, click on "Total Appointments" in the header menu.
- Here, you can access all appointments and filter them by date, appointment status and more
- Manage each appointment by clicking the action menu in the right column of the displayed appointment list. You can do different actions such as view appointment, cancel, confirm, reschedule and complete appointment by clicking them when needed.
- Log in to the Doctors panel.
- Navigate to "Schedule Appointment Slot" from the Header Menu at the top of the doctor panel. Select "availability" from the submenu.
- Here, you can select time slots, day basis, which will be assigned to all upcoming dates until holidays or temporary unavailability for the doctor is updated
- log in to the doctors' panel.
- Navigate to "Schedule Appointment Slot" from the Header Menu at the top of the doctor panel. Select "Temporary Unavailability" from the submenu.
- Select the date and time slot when you will be temporarily unavailable, then update your availability.
- Log in to the Doctors panel.
- Navigate to "Schedule Appointment Slot" from the Header Menu at the top of the doctor panel. Select "Holiday" from the submenu.
- Choose the date for the holiday and update it.
- Log in to the Doctors panel.
- In the header menu, click on the "Schedule an Instant Appointment “menu item
- Choose the date and time slots available for instant appointments and update it
- Log in to the doctor’s panel on Mydrworld.
- Click on "Reports" in the header menu.
- You will see a list of appointments displayed in a table format.
- You can filter these appointments by date, status type.
- Download the report as per your need
